It’s an ideal tool for in-house collaboration, but also makes for an impressive client engagement tool. With YuuGuu it’s easy to set up meetings, and run through presentations and meetings to pursue leads, customers, etc. YuuGuu functions as a desktop application, which is free to download. The service, however, comes in various paid packages as well. And there are many features that are only offered in the higher-end models (like calendar syncing).
