Potential Customer

I've seen several comments online regarding extremely poor customer service. I had a very similar experience. Even after telling them I was considering the Pro version, this was the response: "..we do not provide basic customer service whatsoever to free customers" Based on my experience, I can't imagine that customer service gets any better...even if you pay for it.
